Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
•Services were not performed as described or agreed upon.
•We attempted to re-clean, but the issue was not resolved.
•You contacted us within 48 hours of service completion.
**Approved refunds may be partial or full, depending on the situation.
🚫 Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
•The issue is reported more than 48 hours after service.
•You were informed of permanent stains or damage prior to cleaning.
•The issue is due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., carpet age, excessive wear).
📅 Cancellations & No-Shows
•Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 fee.
•Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
